We understand that sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. Golden Co. has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make your appointment please text or call me at (417) 365-1439 as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If it is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment 50% of the service will be charged.
